  1. Flour :2cup(240 gm)
  2. Butter(oil):2/3cup(150 gm)
  3. Sugar:1 3/4 cup(350 gm)
  4. Egg:3
  5. Milk:300 ml
  6. Baking power:1/2 tbs
  7. Vanilla assence:1 tbs
  8. Coco powder:3/4 cup(75 gm)
  9. Salt:1 tsp(If you like)
  10. Preheat oven: 180.

Chocolate cake recipe:

  • Baking bowl grease with butter(oil) put baking paper in bowl and grace with butter and spread flour on it.
  • Butter and sugar mix in another bowl.
  • Valiina accense add it .
  • Eggs add one by one and beat it.
  • Sieve cocoa powder, baking powder and flour in the mixture.
  • Milk add and beat this mixture till combine all mixture.
  • Mixture put in a baking bowl.
  • The baking bowl keeps the bottom twice the time for mixtures balance set in the bowl.
  • Bake in oven  170 c for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Cake check with a toothpick if tooth pic dry than cake ready.
  • The spatula helps to put out the cake in the bowl neatly.
  • The cooling rack use for cake temperature becomes normal.

Chocolate ganache ingedince:

  1. Milk chocolate chopped:250 gram
  2. Cream:3/4 cup hot
  3. Milk:1-2 TB

Chocolate ganache recipe:

  • Milk chocolate adds to the hot cream in a bowl and waits 5 minutes.
  • Milk chocolate and hot cream bowl heat in hot water. (Double boiler).
  • Milk chocolate and cream mix and with milk.
  • Choclate ganache leave 10 minutes.
  • Sugar syrup put on cake little bit.
  • Cake ready for Chocolate ganches when it goes to normal temperature.
  • Chocolate ganache applies to the cake.
  • Chocolate cake ready to serve.
 Note:

  • The pressure cooker is used alternative to the oven. Baking bowl of cake put on the stand in a pressure cooker and cover the pressure cooker. Zero heat of solve for 50 minutes bake a chocolate cake.
  •  If you use whipping cream then Whipping cream and milk chocolate mix and put in the fridge for cool temperature then mix it till ready for chocolate cake ganache.
